For local orders submitted through illumeshoes.com, delivery will be completed within 7-10 days. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your order.
You can cancel an order by sending us an email on [email protected], any time before the order is dispatched. For credit card payments, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
We try to be as size inclusive as possible. For custom sizes please contact us through WhatsApp +923052221888, or through email [email protected] to discuss your specific size needs.
We can customize our existing designs in terms of adding a heel, back-strap or changing the leather colour. Contact us through WhatsApp +923052221888, or through email [email protected] to discuss.
We have a 10-day (from delivery of order) exchange/ refund policy. Only unworn shoes, in the original packing will be accepted for return and exchange. In case of a return, or exchange for a lower value item, money will be refunded via bank transfer. For bank transfers we will contact you via email, to provide the relevant bank details.
We will repair all shoes free of cost within 6 months of purchase. Please email us at [email protected], or WhatsApp us at +923052221888, with all complaints and someone will assist you. Please note that the cost of shipping will be at customers’ charge.
